Food Former/Burger Machine
This machine produces a very delicate burger almost identical to a hand pressed burger as the meat is gently pressed into the plate ensuring the product is not overworked. For best results used chilled meat and ideally in a cold room.
The machine can produce burgers of up to 130 mm in diameter and 30 mm thick with production of around 1800 burgers per hour or 3600 meatballs. Standard plates include round burgers (100, 115, 130mm) oval burgers (110x80mm), meatballs (22, 32, 40, 65mm), cannelloni fillings (70x25mm) and croquettes (50x25mm) but specialised plates can be produced to suit the product required. A major advantage of this machine is that the plates are around half the price of rival products as the plates are much simpler and made from food adapted polyethylene
The machine can be fitted with a conveyor system to dipense the product more easily.
The speed controller can be adjusted to the pace that suits the operator. The machine comes apart quickly and easily for cleaning.
